The detailed estimate consists mainly of the contractual price, local estimates and resource statements. Below I posted the samples how these documents look approximately.
The contract price is a generalizing document, t. e. It indicates how much in general the estimate is the amount of direct costs: materials, work, mechanisms. And other costs: general production costs, profit, administrative expenses, VAT. These costs are calculated depending on the types of work, the complexity of the object and many more factors. The list of costs of costs in the model of documents is the most simplified, there are also costs for transporting workers, travel costs, additional costs during work in the winter or summer period, and many others.
