Varieties and use of pumping stations and equipment
Pumping stations are divided into several types. Each of them has its own characteristics.
Pumps are used for the following purposes:
– to supply the private sector in sewer systems and water supply;
– when extinguishing a fire;
– for reclamation work when draining and irrigation of fields and t. D.;
– in emergency situations in the work of the housing and communal services and the Ministry of Emergencies;
– in the oil, chemical and mining industry and t. D.
Pumping stations are for various purposes. If there is no need to clean the water, then the first lift stations are used that pump water to the water supply network or to special structures for further cleaning. The second lift stations are used to transport pre -purified water from storage tanks to the distribution or water supply network.
