What are Roman fabric blinds

Distinctive features of Roman fabric blinds

Roman blinds – a modern version of the protection of windows from the sun and extraneous views. Roman blinds are made from various types of fabric.

They are able to supplement and decorate any interior. Roman curtains consist of fabric paintings, divided into sections. Each section inserts strips, giving sections stiffness, severity and create a form. The curtains are attached to the window sash or wall above the window.

For fastening curtains using the cornice, there are special Roman cornices and several options for the mechanisms for lowering, lifting and fixing the curtains.

Cornices come with an open and closed mechanism, controlled using a cord, chain or inertial spring.
